Persons interested in offering volunteering services are engaged for volunteering work depending upon their aptitude and skills. Volunteers whose services are accepted are expected to display empathy, and keep the clients engaged in gainful and therapeutic activities using their skills and creativity. Their involvement helps in reducing social isolation, encourages interaction, and builds a vibrant and supportive community environment.
