The Beginning
SAA was founded with the vision of creating awareness, support and rehabilitation opportunities for individuals living with schizophrenia and their families.
2000s
Building Rehabilitation Programs
Structured rehabilitation activities, therapies and participation-based programs were introduced to encourage confidence, routine and social engagement.
2010s
Creating Awareness & Community Participation
Awareness initiatives, workshops, publications and community events helped encourage conversations and understanding around mental health.
